Al Tamman Ferro Alloys (FZC) LLC

ATFA is a joint venture between Muscat Overseas Group (Oman) and LL-Resources GmbH (Austria). The company was setup to tap the potential of chrome ore reserves in Oman through an upstream facility to manufacture value-added products.

Located in the Free Zone Sohar, the operational facilities are spread over an area of 19 hectares and are well connected to the Sohar Port, which is around 10 km away from the plant. The installed capacity of the smelting plant is 75,000 MTPA of high-carbon ferrochrome or silicomanganese.
